What is a Connection?
A connection is a unit of use on the platform. Every time you need to link a person, a company or a property, you use a connection.
Clear examples:
- If you have 10 workers → you use 10 connections.
- If you manage 10 owners → free connections.
- If those owners have 30 properties → you use 30 more connections.
- If you invite an external company (cleaning, maintenance, bookings, etc.) → you use 1 connection per company.
Who pays for the Connection?
Whoever invites, pays. If you invite a worker, a partner company, properties… you use one connection from your pack. The invited person pays nothing.
Who does not use connections?
EXCEPTION: Holiday Guests (Tenants)
There is another important case that does not use connections, besides owners: when you invite customers who have rented a property (guests) so that they can:
- Check their bookings,
- Pay online,
- Complete digital check-in,
- Or contact the management company…
That connection is free!
Whether you have 100, 1,000 or 6,000 bookings, you can invite all your holiday guests without affecting your pack. It is a service included in the RENTERUS fee.
What happens if I stop working with someone?
You can release that connection. If a worker leaves, a property is no longer active or you no longer work with an external company, you can “switch off” that connection and use it for another person or asset.
How much does it cost?
- You pay only for the connections you need.
- You control how you use them.
- Inviting is free for whoever receives the invitation.
- Holiday guests (tenants) and owners do not use connections.
- You can release connections when you stop using them.
