This page explains how to ask us to delete your Renterus account (the app and the website use the same account) and which data is deleted and which must be kept. You can do this even if you no longer have the app installed.

1How to request it

  1. From the Renterus app: go to My account → Password and Security → Delete account, tap “Request deletion” and confirm.
  2. From the website: log in at new.renterus.com, go to Security → Delete account and confirm.
  3. If you cannot get into either: email legal@renterus.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account”.

2What happens next

Deletion is not immediate. In Renterus an account can be connected to companies, colleagues, owners and guests, so our team reviews each request to make sure nobody loses access to what they need.

We will write to your account’s email within 30 days at most. Until then your account keeps working as normal.

If you are the main manager of a company with an active subscription, before deleting the account we will help you cancel the subscription or hand the company over to someone else.
